Today she has been in much better spirits other than being frustrated with my vigilance in keeping her eyes clean and putting the drops in. This morning she was so annoyed that she ended up falling asleep like this so I would leave her alone.
During all of this craziness, I feel so lucky to have friends that have helped out with Harper so I could go to work for my very long 2 1/2 hours a day. I'm going to need more people to not have jobs so that when Harper has to stay home from "school" I have a larger pool to draw from on such short notice! It's really great that I only have to work in the afternoons 3 days a week.
Hopefully we are on the upswing now and we can steer clear of the clinic for at least a week! Ha! If anybody out there has some advice on the whole ear tubes situation it would be much appreciated. I have heard there is some sort of Chiropractic technique that can really help. I don't really understand that whole situation, but it sounds interesting.
Cute unrelated pic that my sister sent me. My favorite part is Hayden in the background! |
We are back to daycare tomorrow and hopefully into some sort of routine. Looking forward to the pancake supper this Friday at the high school. All you can eat pancakes, YES! Also hoping that Justin and I can avoid the pink eye - yikes!!
